Doha, Ambassador Dr. Arwa Hassan Al Sayyed, Chief of Human Rights Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in the 17th meeting of heads of government human rights agencies from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in Qatar. The meeting discussed key topics related to promoting and protecting human rights in cooperation with GCC countries. It also reviewed mechanisms and strategies for human rights and ways to strengthen joint Gulf cooperation in this field, along with plans for a series of visits to exchange expertise.
