Muscat: Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu'amani, Minister of the Royal Office, engaged in a diplomatic meeting with Scott Gilmore, Advisor to the Canadian Prime Minister for Foreign, Defense, and Security Policy, at his office today.
