Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has expressed its full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and its rejection of the statements made by the Israeli Prime Minister against the KSA and its territorial integrity. In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, Oman reiterated its unwavering and supportive position for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on all its sovereign lands in Palestine, with East Al Quds as its capital, on the 1967 borders, in accordance with international resolutions and the principles of international law, and in a manner that ensures the achievement of permanent stability in the region.
According to Oman News Agency, the statement from Oman underscores the importance of respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of nations, emphasizing the need for peaceful coexistence and stability in the region. The Sultanate’s stance aligns with its long-standing support for Palestinian rights and the broader Arab consensus on the Palestinian cause.
