North a'sharqiyah: The Municipal Council of North A'Sharqiyah Governorate held a meeting today, chaired by Mahmoud Yahya Al Dhuli, Governor of North A'Sharqiyah and Chairman of the Council. The Council engaged in discussions surrounding several developmental and service topics, including requests related to the addition and allocation of land for various service and educational projects, such as a proposal for the extension of a Quran school and a request to allocate a site for a public hall (Majlis).
According to Oman News Agency, the Council also addressed applications for land partitioning and the creation of new residential layouts across several wilayats in the governorate. Investment project requests were a key focus, including the allocation of land for an agricultural project, alongside discussions on sites for material storage and service layouts linked to economic activities.
Additionally, the Council reviewed recommendations from its standing committees and deliberated on service-related matters, including the management of wadi paths and their impact on roads. These discussions aim to enhance infrastructure efficiency and reduce environmental risks.
