Muscat: Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), represented by the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, is set to host a two-day event titled ‘Medical Education Conference 2025’. The conference will commence on Monday, 10 February, under the theme “Innovation and Modern Technologies: Opportunities and Challenges”.
According to Oman News Agency, Prof. Rashid Khalfan Al Abri, Dean of the SQU College of Medicine and Health Sciences and Chairman of the Medical Education Conference 2025, emphasized in a press statement that the event serves as a crucial platform for sharing knowledge and exploring the latest innovations and technologies in medical education.
Participants eagerly anticipate engaging discussions aimed at enhancing academic cooperation and improving the quality of medical education in the region. The conference will introduce innovative ideas and modern techniques in teaching and assessment, while also focusing on participant wellbeing. Attendees will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, pursue professional growth, and support educational research scholarships. Additionally, a network of medical educators committed to academic excellence will be established.
