Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister Visits Maritime Security Centre in Oman


Muscat: Sheikh Fahad Yousef Al Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior in the State of Kuwait, and his accompanying delegation visited the Maritime Security Centre (MSC) today.



According to Oman News Agency, the guest was accompanied by Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF). Upon arrival at the centre, Sheikh Fahad Yousef Al Sabah was received by Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) and Chairman of the Maritime Security Committee, alongside Commodore Adil Hamoud Al Busaidi, Head of the MSC.



The delegation was briefed about the MSC’s roles and efforts in maintaining maritime security. They also toured the centre’s facilities and viewed its latest equipment and technologies, which are used in executing its national duties.
