France, Germany, UK Demand Unrestricted Humanitarian Access to Gaza

Berlin: The Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, and Britain have urged the Israeli entity to permit the unrestricted flow of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, in compliance with international law. “Humanitarian aid must never be used as a political tool and Palestinian territory must not be reduced nor subjected to any demographic change,” the European ministers stated in a joint announcement.

According to Oman News Agency, the Israeli occupation authorities have obstructed the entry of humanitarian aid and commercial supplies into the Gaza Strip since the conclusion of the initial phase of the ceasefire agreement in early March. This blockade has resulted in a severe shortage of essential supplies. Furthermore, the Israeli occupation continues to enforce an unprecedented blockade on the Gaza Strip, displacing approximately 2.4 million Palestinians after their homes were destroyed during the conflict.

Gaza is currently experiencing famine conditions due to ongoing border closures and halted aid deliveries. This situation has been exacerbated by the renewed Israeli aggression on the Strip since 18 March 2025, despite international and United Nations warnings about an escalating humanitarian crisis.
