Muscat:The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today at 7,276.41 points, marking an increase of 15.3 points or 0.21 percent from its previous position of 7,261.13 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value on the exchange soared to RO 51,718,527, reflecting an 84.3 percent rise compared to the previous session's RO 28,058,341.
Additionally, the report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted a rise in market capitalization by 0.083 percent, reaching approximately RO 38.76 billion. Non-Omani purchases on the exchange amounted to RO 4,963,000, making up 9.60 percent of the trading value. Non-Omani sales, however, were higher at RO 6,998,000 or 13.53 percent, leading to a net decrease in non-Omani investment by RO 2,035,000, equating to 3.93 percent.
