Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister today made a phone call with Dr. Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. During the telephonic conversation, the two ministers discussed the latest regional developments and the Israeli attacks on Iranian sites. Sayyid Badr expressed the Sultanate of Oman's rejection and condemnation of any actions that undermine the sovereignty of states and the rule of international law and threaten security and stability in the region. He underscored the importance of strengthening dialogue and diplomatic cooperation between the countries of the region to maintain regional security and prevent tension and escalation. On his turn, the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his appreciation for the position of the Sultanate of Oman, lauding its diplomatic efforts to achieve consensus and peace in the region.
