Statement issued by the Yemeni Armed Forces: "By the grace of Allah, our air defenses successfully shot down an American MQ-9 aircraft over the skies of Thamar Governorate. The aircraft was carrying out hostile missions, and it was downed by a locally-made surface-to-air missile. This is the third such aircraft shot down within a week and the tenth of its kind to be brought down by our air defenses during the Promised Victory and the Sacred Jihad Battle in support of Gaza. The Yemeni Armed Forces, alongside the steadfast and fighting Yemeni people, will continue to support the Palestinian people with exceptional military operations on land and at sea. These operations will not cease until the aggression ends and the siege on the Palestinian people in Gaza is lifted." Source: National news agency - Lebanon
