Ukraine to free incarcerated prisoners with military experience to help with the war effort – General Prosecutor’s Office in Kiev.

Authorities will also take into account “military experience, honors and remorse”.

Among those already released are Dmitry Balabuh, jailed for murdering a civilian at a bus stop. Sergey Torbin, jailed for organizing attacks on civil activists.
