Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree (No. 23/2026) on appointing a member in the State Council.
According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree appoints Dr. Mansour bin Saif bin Khamis Al Manthri as a Member of the State Council. Article (2) states that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
