Minsk: The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus engaged in discussions to enhance cooperation in industry and investment sectors. This initiative aims to strengthen economic partnerships and expand industrial collaboration between the two nations.
According to Oman News Agency, the meeting took place in Minsk and was attended by Faisal bin Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), and Andrei Kuznetsov, Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus. The dialogue was part of the Omani trade delegation's visit to Belarus.
The discussions emphasized the importance of consolidating economic partnerships to serve the mutual interests of both countries. Key areas of potential cooperation included the sector of converting industries, such as vehicle assembly and road construction equipment. The meeting also explored new investment opportunities between private sector establishments in Oman and Belarus.
