Muscat: Several retired commanders and some members of the State Council today viewed activities of the annual strategic exercise 'Decision Making-11' at the National Defence College (NDC). Decision Making-11 is being carried out by the NDC's 11th batch. Upon their arrival at the college, they were greeted by Rear Admiral Ali Abdullah Al Shidi, Commandant of the NDC. Moreover, they toured the various training cells, in which the participants gave a presentation about the exercise and means of interacting with national and international events.
