The National Defence College (NDC) concluded today the annual strategic exercise “Decision Making-10”.
The concluding ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Saud Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources. Present at the event was Maj.Gen Hamid Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies.
A presentation was given on the progress of the exercise and its various stages.
The concluding ceremony was also attended by Maj.Gen Mattar Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hamad Al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), Maj.Gen Salim Ali Al Hosni, Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO), Maj.Gen Musallam Taman Ja’aboub, Commander of the Sultan’s Special Force (SSF), Maj.Gen Sulaiman Khalid Al Zakwani, Secretary General of Military Affairs at the Royal Office, Maj.Gen Khalifa Ali Al Siabi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Maj.Gen Mohammed Rab’e Jam’aan Al Shujaibi, Assistant to the Head of the Internal Security Service for Operations, Dr. Bakhit Ahmed Al Mahri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for Higher Education, Commodore Tariq Issa Al Raisi, Acting Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) and several senior officers at the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) and other military and security units.
