Muscat:The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed today at 7,222.44 points, marking a decline of 39.6 points, or 0.55 percent, from the previous session's closing of 7,262.07 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value amounted to RO 28,084,595, showing a decrease of 5.9 percent in comparison to the previous session, which registered a trading value of RO 29,840,000.
The report from the Muscat Stock Exchange highlighted a decline in market capitalization by 0.405 percent compared to the previous trading day, bringing it to approximately RO 38.62 billion. Additionally, non-Omani purchases on the exchange were valued at RO 3,171,000, accounting for 11.29 percent, while non-Omani sales totaled RO 3,697,000, or 13.16 percent. The net non-Omani investment decreased by RO 526,000, or 1.87 percent.
