Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,500.87 points, declining by 6.2 points (0.14%) from the previous session’s close of 4,507.03 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value decreased to RO 12,833,756, reflecting a 1.6% drop compared to the last session’s RO 13,046,465.

The MSX report indicated that market capitalization saw a marginal decrease of 0.014%, settling at approximately RO 28.27 billion. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 913,000, accounting for 7.12% of the total trading volume, while sales by foreign investors reached RO 1.430 million, representing 11.14% of the total. This resulted in a net foreign investment decline of RO 516 thousand, which is 4.02%.
