Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,578.22 points, gaining 13.2 points (0.29%) from the previous session's close of 4,565 points.

According to Oman News Agency, trading value decreased to RO 15,260,127, reflecting a 54.4% rise compared to the last session's RO 9,885,581. The MSX report indicated that market capitalization saw an increase of 0.082%, settling at approximately RO 28.38 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 864,000, accounting for 5.66% of the total trading volume, while sales by foreign investors reached RO 903,000, representing 5.91%. Net foreign investment decreased by RO 38 thousand, equating to a 0.25% drop.
