Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) “30” index closed today at 7,757.21 points, marking a decrease of 18.2 points, or 0.23%, compared to the last trading session, which closed at 7,775.42 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the total trading value reached RO 42,773,815, representing a rise of 8.5% from the previous trading session, which recorded RO 39,414,048. The report issued by Muscat Stock Exchange also indicated that market capitalization went down by 0.139% from the last trading day, reaching approximately RO 37.07 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases valued at RO 6,009,000, accounting for 14.05% of total trading activity, while non-Omani sales amounted to RO 7,031,000, or 16.44%. Net non-Omani investment decreased by RO 1,022,000, representing a 2.39% drop.
