Aziz Akhannouch, the Prime Minister of Morocco held talks in Brussels with Ursula Von Der Leyen, President of the European Commission.
Nasser Bourita Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, was present.
The meeting reviewed further enhancing the strategic partnership between Morocco and the EU, Maghreb Arabe Press reported.
Morocco is the European Union’s leading economic and trading partner on the African continent, just as the EU is the kingdom’s leading trading partner, with trade exceeding 60pc of total trade volume.
