Muscat: The equestrian team of the Sultan's Armed Forces has secured a notable achievement at the 26th World Military Equestrian Championship, hosted by the Republic of Ecuador: Captain Mohammed Salim Al Hadhrami, representing the Royal Court Affairs, placed sixth globally with a clear round, clocking a time of 38.17 seconds while riding his horse, 'Caylos.' The competition featured 54 riders from 18 countries worldwide.
According to Oman News Agency, these participations aim to enhance the Sultanate of Oman's presence in international military sporting events, raise the standard of military athletic performance, activate the role of national teams in regional and international championships, and further develop the technical and physical capabilities of both riders and trainers.
