The latest weather updates and analysis of the National Multi Hazard Early Warning Center indicate that the Sultanate of Oman will be effected by low pressure from the Arabian Sea starting from this evening till Friday, 2 August 2024. Clouds advection is expected over most governorates of the Sultanate of Oman with chances of isolated rains occasionally thunderstorms over South A'Sharqiya and parts of Al Wusta, North A'Sharqiya, Muscat and Dhofar governorates.
