KUWAIT, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Tuesday to President of Nepal Ram Chandra Poudel, expressing sincere condolences over victims of the flooding and landslide that hit the country following incessant rains.
