Kuwait Amir congratulates Peru on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Sunday a cable of congratulations to President of Peru, Dina Boluarte, on occasion of the country's national day.
