The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre distributed 100 tents, 270 shelter kits, and 618 food baskets in Marib as part of its emergency shelter and life-saving food aid projects for affected residents in Yemen. According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Khaled Al-Shujani, Assistant Director-General of the Executive Unit for IDP Camp Management in Marib, commended the humanitarian interventions by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre in the governorate. He highlighted the importance of the shelter and food assistance in alleviating the suffering of displaced persons in Marib. This effort is part of Saudi's ongoing humanitarian and relief initiatives, represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, to support displaced and affected individuals across all Yemeni governorates.
