Israeli forces pull out from Jenin, leaving behind dozens of victims

The Israeli occupation forces pulled out from Jenin refugee camp on Tuesday night after inflicting heavy human and material damage on the Palestinian residents.

At least 12 Palestinians martyred during the Israeli onslaught and more than 100 others were injured, including 20 seriously.

The Israeli forces were redeployed to the outskirts of Jenin city but haven’t declared termination of the offensive yet, witnesses said.

The Palestinian residents were able to return to their homes to find them wrecked almost completely.

On Monday morning, the Israeli occupation forces started a ground and air operation against the city and the refugee camp with nearly 1,000 soldiers and dozens of drones taking part.

At least 3,000 Palestinians were forced to leave their homes while Israeli bulldozers destroyed the civilian infrastructure, including water and power networks, and dozens of homes.
