Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on the anniversary of his accession to power. In the cable, His Majesty expressed his heartfelt sentiments to the Emir on this auspicious occasion.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty wished the Emir continued success in leading the people of Qatar toward achieving further accomplishments and developments. His Majesty also praised the deep-rooted relations between the two countries.
