Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary. According to Oman News Agency, in the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes of success to President Abinader in leading his country's people towards achieving further stability and progress.
