Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a cable of thanks from participants in a legal conference focused on ‘The Role of National Legislation in Attracting Foreign Investments’. The event was organized by the Omani Lawyers Association in Muscat, with participation from a group of lawyers, legal experts, and investors from both within and outside the Sultanate of Oman.

According to Oman News Agency, the participants expressed their gratitude for the attention given by His Majesty the Sultan towards enhancing the investment climate in Oman. This is being achieved through the upgrading of national legislation to align with global economic developments and creating a legal environment conducive to attracting foreign investments.

The participants also commended the effective role of His Majesty’s government in implementing policies and legislative reforms that boost investor confidence. These initiatives reinforce Oman’s position as a promising investment center both regionally and internationally.

They concluded by praying to the Almighty Allah to protect His Majesty and grant him good health, wellbeing, and long life, while ensuring continued security, stability, and prosperity for Oman.
