His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Luong Cuong of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on being elected and sworn in as his country’s new president.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments to President Luong Cuong, wishing him success in leading the people of Vietnam towards further development and growth on all spheres.
