Riyadh, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Mauro Vieira, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on the sidelines of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Brazil joint ministerial meeting.
