Military Facilities’ Engineering Sector of the Ministry of Defense signed, Monday, a cooperation agreement with Kuwait institute for Scientific Research (KISR) in technical, scientific and innovation fields.
A ministry statement said the agreement aims at advancing work through mutual technical expertise pertaining to road examinations. The accord underscores the Ministry’s commitment to KISR as a “strategic partner” in this specialized domain and beyond.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ministry acting undersecretary Sheikha Dr. Shamayel Ahmad Al-Sabah, and KISR acting director general Dr. Manea Al-Sedairawi.
