Abdulla Faisal Jabr Al-Dosari, Bahraini Ambassador to Belgium, received Luigi Di Maio, European Union (EU) Special Representative (EUSR) for the Gulf region in the Embassy.

The Ambassador congratulated the Special Representative on his new post, stressing Bahrain’s keenness to develop ongoing ties with the EU.

The Special Representative expressed his keenness to continue enhancing the cooperation and joint efforts to serve the interest and goals of the two sides.

The meeting discussed topics of common interest in the regional and international arena.
