Cairo, Yousif Abdullah Al Humood, the Undersecretary for Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, led Bahrain's delegation at the 114th session of the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League at the ministerial level, held in Cairo, Egypt. The meeting discussed the Secretary-General's report on the implementation of the 113th session's decisions, updates on the Arab Free Trade Area, developments in the Arab Customs Union, investment efforts in Arab countries, food security, sustainable development in the region, and support for the Palestinian economy.
