Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, on Monday welcomed in Yarzeh former minister, Jamal Al-Jarrah, with whom he discussed an array of developments in the town of Arsal. Jarrah and his accompanying delegation gifted the Army Commander a shield as as a token of appreciation for paving roads in Arsal, which facilitated the movement of soldiers to their posts and citizens to their lands.
