Shinas: Al Wafa Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, located in the Wilayat of Shinas, North Al Batinah Governorate, today celebrated the conclusion of its 2025-2026 rehabilitation programme. The event was graced by Dr. Abdullah bin Hamoud Al Harthi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development for Persons with Disabilities Affairs, who served as the ceremony's chief guest.

According to Oman News Agency, the ceremony featured a visual presentation showcasing the centre's efforts over the past year. Attendees were also treated to an exhibition displaying paintings, models, and products that reflected the skills acquired by the programme's participants. The event highlighted the centre's commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through comprehensive rehabilitation services.
