Al Amirat: Al Amirat Sports Club today launched its summer hockey program, designed for youth age groups, including juniors, cubs, and beginners, which will run until 15 August. The program aims to train and develop 90 players.
According to Oman News Agency, the initiative seeks to make productive use of students’ free time during the summer vacation by focusing on enhancing their physical and technical skills. The program also prepares them to represent the club in local tournaments.
The program features specialized training sessions tailored for each age group, along with competitions. It also includes trips to various governorates in Oman for friendly matches, allowing participants to exchange experiences. A closing hockey festival will be held, involving the participation of players and their parents.
