Police media spokesman Colonel Louay Irziqat reported that a 47-year-old citizen was killed at dawn on Sunday in the city of Qalqilya.
Irziqat said in a brief statement that the police and security services, with the support of citizens, arrested a suspect and initiated search and investigation procedures
