Moscow:The Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation convened the third session of their Strategic Dialogue in Moscow. This meeting underscores the mutual interest of both countries in enhancing bilateral relations.
According to Oman News Agency, the Omani delegation was led by Major General Idris bin Abdulrahman Al Kindi, Secretary-General of the National Security Council. The Russian side was headed by Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Russian Security Council.
The discussions aimed to advance cooperation that aligns with the common interests of both nations. The dialogue focused on reinforcing regional and international security and stability and exploring avenues for joint initiatives.
