Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,507.94 points, up 41.2 points, or 0.55 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,466.71 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 46,591,249, marking a decrease of 12.9 percent from RO 53,515,851 recorded in the last session. Market capitalization experienced an increase of 0.275 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 36.73 billion.

Non-Omani investors registered purchases worth RO 3.397 million, representing 7.29 percent of the total trading value, while their sales amounted to RO 4.313 million, or 9.26 percent. As a result, net non-Omani investment fell by RO 916 thousand, translating to a 1.97 percent decrease.
