Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today embarked on an inspection tour across several wilayats in the Governorates of North A'Sharqiyah and South A'Sharqiyah. The Royal motorcade began its journey from Al Barakah Palace, traversing through the wilayats of Ibra, Al Qabil, and Bidiyah, before advancing to the Wilayat of Sur, and concluding in the Wilayat of Quriyat in the Governorate of Muscat.

According to Oman News Agency, during the tour, His Majesty evaluated the progress of various developmental programs, both social and economic, that have been implemented by the government in recent years or are in progress. These initiatives are aimed at fulfilling the needs of the citizens.

The tour reflects His Majesty the Sultan's strategic approach to understanding the needs and aspirations of his people. By overseeing projects of development and modernization, His Majesty continues to lead the nation towards achieving significant progress in multiple areas.

The citizens warmly welcomed His Majesty, expressing their joy and gratitude for the visit. They lined the motorcade route, engaging in traditional folk arts and prayers, hoping for His Majesty's continued success in fostering progress and prosperity for the nation.
