Samail: The A’Dakhiliyah Governorate has announced a series of development and service projects in the Wilayat of Samail, with a total investment exceeding RO 60 million. This announcement was made during the fifth edition of the “In the Governor’s Hospitality” forum, held in Samail, aiming to boost comprehensive development and improve the quality of life across various sectors.
According to Oman News Agency, the forum was titled “Communication and Shared Visions” and focused on discussing ongoing and future projects, local development priorities, and strengthening partnerships between government agencies, the private sector, and the local community. These efforts are aligned with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
Sheikh Hilal bin Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah, emphasized that the forum serves as a dialogue platform, fostering constructive communication between officials and citizens. This platform allows for monitoring project progress and addressing challenges. He highlighted the Governorate’s commitment to engaging the community in formulating development plans to ensure balanced and sustainable growth. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of integrating public and private sectors and encouraging investments in service, tourism, and urban development. Sheikh Hilal also noted that field meetings organized by the Governorate are crucial for evaluating development projects and ensuring their effective implementation.
