Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost 17.3 points, comprising a decline by 0.37% to close at 4654.76 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4672.02 points. According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 9,229,245, marking a rise by 21.8% compared to the last session, which recorded RO 7,576,684. The report released by MSX indicated that the market value decreased by 0.148% to approximately RO 27.44 billion. The report further detailed that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 3,328,000, accounting for 36.06%. Meanwhile, shares sold by non-Omani investors amounted to RO 4,555,000, representing 49.35%. Consequently, the net non-Omani investment fell by 13.30% to RO 1,227,000.
