The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism today signed two agreements worth RO 12 million to finance the first stages of the Maritime History Museum project in the Wilayat of Sur, Governorate of South A'Sharqiyah. The agreements were inked with Oman LNG and Oman India Fertilizer Company (OMIFCO), which are both affiliates of Oman Investment Authority (OIA). The agreements was signed in Muscat by Salim Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, Eng. Hamad Mohammed Al Nuomani, CEO of Oman LNG, and Dr. Ahmed Said Al Marhoubi, CEO of OMIFCO. The signing ceremony was attended by Abdulsalam Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, and other officials. Source: Oman News Agency
