Gaza - Ma'an - 50 new trucks carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza crossed into northern Gaza, carrying food aid, health parcels and baby food. The aid was sent by the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army and the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, in cooperation with the World Food Program (WFP) and UNICEF. Secretary General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli said that despite the current circumstances and difficulties, the organization has not stopped preparing and equipping relief aid convoys for our people in Gaza. The Israeli army reported that "based on the instructions of the political level, aid trucks were transferred to the shelters on behalf of Jordan to the northern Gaza Strip via the Allenby Bridge crossing to the Erez crossing, as part of the commitment to transfer humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip."
