Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, chaired this morning at the Grand Serail a meeting that included Finance Minister Youssef Khalil, Energy Minister Walid Fayad, Director General of the Finance Ministry George Maarawi, and former minister Nicholas Nahhas.
