KUWAIT, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Tuesday a cable to President of Egypt Abdulfattah Al-Sisi, congratulating him on the anniversary of the July 23rd revolution.
