Manama, The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today met with the attendance of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, HE Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, HE General Shaikh Rashed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Vice President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, Shaikh Abdulhussain Khalaf Al Asfoor, the Chief of Public Security, Lieutenant-General Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan, the Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, Yousif bin Saleh Al Saleh, and a number of senior officials, at Gudaibiya Palace. The Deputy King highlighted the strength of the Kingdom's social fabric as a symbol of peaceful coexistence and tolerance. The Deputy King praised the nation's unity and societal values, reflecting the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. His Royal Highness expressed his pride in His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's recognition o f the government's efforts to facilitate the success of Ashura by providing the requirements needed for the occasion. The Deputy King highlighted the pivotal role of government ministries and public sector entities in coordinating efforts during Ashura, ensuring its success.
