A 50-year-old man was killed, and several others injured in an apparent drone strike on Tel Aviv early Friday, Israeli daily Yediot Ahronot reported. Residents living near US Embassy building said no siren warning ahead of the massive blast, which was heard all across central Tel Aviv near the US Consulate, is under investigation by the IDF and police to determine whether a drone crashed in the city, according to the newspaper. "An initial inquiry indicates that the explosion in Tel Aviv was caused by the falling of an aerial target," the IDF said in a statement. "The IAF has increased its air patrols to protect Israeli airspace. There is no change in the defensive guidelines of the Home Front Command". Source: Kuwait News Agency
