The State of Kuwait and UNICEF discussed in a meeting on Thursday ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides especially within childcare. The meeting -- between the Minister of Social Affairs, Family, Childhood, and Minister of State for Youth Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah and UNICEF's Representative to the Gulf Area Eltayeb Adamn -- also explored projects carried out by the UN entity especially within early children development and protection, said a ministerial statement.
